Luohu hosts government procurement policy briefing

The Luohu District Government held a government procurement policy briefing and bank-enterprise matchmaking conference on April 10, establishing an efficient platform to connect government agencies, financial institutions, and enterprises. The event aimed to deepen businesses’ understanding of government procurement policies and address their financing needs.
The conference featured a well-rounded program that included policy interpretation, financing matchmaking, practical training, and on-site exchanges, offering enterprises comprehensive, one-stop services.
A total of 34 key enterprises from across upstream and downstream industrial chains, along with representatives from industry associations, took part in the event. Many participating businesses praised the jointly launched financial service solutions by the government and banks, noting that the initiatives have significantly lowered financing thresholds and provided fresh momentum for business expansion.
With its integrated approach of “policy + finance + service,” the event strengthened collaboration between the government, enterprises, and financial institutions. It not only improved companies’ awareness and capacity to participate in government procurement but also built an effective communication bridge between the business and financial sectors.
By addressing the “l(fā)ast mile” of bank-enterprise cooperation, the event has helped unlock new drivers of high-quality development and continues to improve the business environment in Luohu District.
