From Jan. 1, 2025, to Dec. 31, 2025, Luohu district is implementing an auto trade-in and renewal subsidy program, offering up to ￥15,000 in financial incentives for eligible vehicle purchases. The program will remain in effect until the allocated funds are fully utilized or the policy period ends.
The subsidy is available to individual consumers who transfer ownership of their current vehicle and purchase a new energy vehicle (NEV) or a fuel-powered vehicle that meets the "China VI" emission standards within Shenzhen. This one-time incentive is designed to encourage the adoption of greener and more energy-efficient vehicles.
The program classifies subsidies into four tiers based on the purchase price of the new vehicle:
Tier 1 (￥40,000 – ￥69,999):
?    Fuel-powered vehicle subsidy: ￥4,000 per vehicle
?    New energy vehicle subsidy: ￥5,000 per vehicle
Tier 2 (￥70,000 – ￥149,999):
?    Fuel-powered vehicle subsidy: ￥8,000 per vehicle
?    New energy vehicle subsidy: ￥9,000 per vehicle
Tier 3 (￥150,000 – ￥249,999):
?    Fuel-powered vehicle subsidy: ￥12,000 per vehicle
?    New energy vehicle subsidy: ￥13,000 per vehicle
Tier 4 (￥250,000 and above):
?    Fuel-powered vehicle subsidy: ￥13,000 per vehicle
?    New energy vehicle subsidy: ￥15,000 per vehicle
