Luohu's shopping mall releases prepayment policy to ensure consumption safety
On January 10, the Luohu district unveiled a prepayment policy at Tee Mall, aiming to enhance consumption safety and foster a better consumer environment as part of its ongoing initiative to establish a high-quality consumption area.
Under this prepayment policy, consumers have the option to acquire a digital-RMB card and deposit a specified amount of money. The funds are held in a supervised account and can be withdrawn at the consumer's discretion.
This card is widely accepted across 80% of Tee Mall's establishments, encompassing shops, restaurants, training schools, gyms, and beauty salons.
In addition, Luohu has introduced a service platform designed to address consumer complaints. To submit a complaint, consumers can simply scan a QR code.
To ensure a positive consumption environment in Luohu, various stakeholders, including shopping malls and market supervision bodies, will collaborate to proactively handle consumer complaints and continually enhance Luohu's ability to address consumer concerns.
