Luohu Community Sports Festival is set to commence in December. During the festival, Luohu will release sports vouchers worth 10 million yuan, available for residents to claim on the "i Shenzhen" app, with each voucher providing a maximum discount of 300 yuan. Nearly 20 sports venues will be open to the public for free, and complimentary tickets for top-tier sporting events will also be distributed.
Luohu will further engage the communities through a variety of cultural and sports activities centered around four main themes: business districts, ecology, Shenzhen-Hong Kong connection, and campus life. Examples include a basketball competition in the Renminnan Business District, the 2023 Shenzhen Park · Greenway Joyful Run, a cycling event for citizens of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and a youth football match.
