The 2023 Shenzhen Talent Carnival took place at Shenzhen Talent Park on Nov. 10 in celebration of the seventh Shenzhen Talent Day on Nov. 1. The carnival showcased a series of booths organized by the Luohu District government, highlighting cuisine, fashion, and talent cultivation.

Furthermore, Luohu District will host a summit forum with the theme "Talents Empowering High-Quality Development" on Nov. 15. During this event, district representatives will share information regarding talent development and services.
