"Luohu Fabu," a news release platform in Luohu District, held a special session on Caiwuwei International High-end Consumption District on Nov. 9. Yao Bo, deputy secretary of the CPC Working Committee and director of the Office of the Guiyuan Sub-district, alongside representatives from Shenzhen Mixc and Kingkey Mall, presented the plan to accelerate the establishment of a world-class landmark business district.

Guiyuan Sub-district, as the primary location for constructing the Caiwuwei International High-end Consumption District, will leverage existing commercial foundations and urban renewal projects to create an international consumption area spanning over 1.2 square kilometers. This development will cater to diverse consumer demands through a variety of consumption formats.
