The Lingying Project, initiated by Luohu District in September 2021, aims to ensure every child has access to high-quality education on an equal footing.
This project symbolizes a new model for cultivating educational management personnel in Luohu. Since its launch, it has covered 154 outstanding principals, vice principals, and middle-level management staff from elementary and secondary schools in the district. Through this project, Luohu has fostered a number of potent school leaders and established a robust foundation for the high-quality development of education in the district.
Chen Yaqiao, deputy director of the Education Bureau of Luohu District, articulated that pivotal tasks such as school capacity enhancement, classroom transformation, student’s all-round development, faculty cultivation, educational digitization, and education integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong will be prioritized in Luohu to promote more fairness and higher quality in education.
