Shenzhen expands youth station services with AI job guidance and startup support
Shenzhen, known as China's "City of Innovation," continues to enhance support for young professionals. The city has extended free accommodation at its Youth Stations to 15 days, attracting a surge in bookings.
More than just temporary housing, Youth Stations now integrate AI-powered job assistance, gig work resources, and cultural networking events. Whether fresh graduates, international talents, or aspiring entrepreneurs, young people arriving in Shenzhen find a welcoming space to kick-start their journey.
The newly launched CC Youth Station in Longgang offers 75 short-term beds and features an AI-driven job matching system, resume analysis, and interview coaching to boost employment success. It also connects residents with cultural and social events through a monthly activity calendar.
International talents benefit too. The Luohu Vanke International Talent Station has been upgraded, with full occupancy from students of top universities like UCL and the University of Sydney. It also hosts startup workshops and investor meetups for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Launched in 2013, Shenzhen's Youth Station program has become a key initiative in attracting global talent, ensuring newcomers can settle in with ease.
