Luohu launches legal supervision and liaison point to foster business growth
On April 16, the Luohu District People’s Procuratorate, in collaboration with the Luohu District Enterprise Service Center, officially launched a judicial and law enforcement supervision liaison point for enterprises. The event coincided with a roundtable discussion focused on building a law-based business environment, underscoring the vital role that legal frameworks play in driving economic development.
The launch of this service point represents a significant step in extending the role of the procuratorate. The initiative offers an integrated suite of services, combining legal protection, tailored services, and risk prevention. It aims to establish a continuous and structured communication channel between the procuratorate and businesses, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for enterprise growth.
In addition to the physical service point, the Luohu District People’s Procuratorate and the District Enterprise Service Center have introduced the "Guard+" module within the "Luoiqi" mini-program — a management system designed for Luohu’s enterprise services. The platform provides a range of services, including legal education on party law, procuratorate hearings, judicial transparency, and courses on intellectual property and criminal law risk prevention. Businesses can also schedule services directly through the enterprise hotline.
